Booking and Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide a high quality of service to those experiencing Dementia and their caregivers. In order to do so, Memory Nurture has in place an appointment and cancellation policy.
Making a Booking
Appointments can be made by the following ways –
- Online using the online booking system located on the “Meet a Musician Friendship Program” website page which can be accessed here https://memorynurture.com.au/services/creative-arts/meet-a-musician/
- Online by sending an enquiry using our online form which can be accessed here https://memorynurture.com.au/contact/
- By phoning our central phone number on (08) 9593 8305 to have one of our friendly staff members assist you.
- By sending an email to info@memorynurture.com.au so we may get in touch to assist you.
Booking Types
- Pending booking are unconfirmed requests that are waiting to be accepted. You are not charged for a pending booking request until it is accepted and confirmed by email by Memory Nurture. You may reschedule or cancel pending booking requests at any time without penalty.
- Confirmed booking are requests that Memory Nurture has accepted and confirmed by email. The booking payment is charged when a booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling or Cancelling a Confirmed Booking
Confirmed bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by the following ways –

Fees and Refund
If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you to contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
- If cancelling a confirmed booking more than 48-hours before the scheduled start time, you will be issued a FULL REFUND. This will be automatically processed by us and take approximately 3-5 business days to return to your account.
- If cancelling a confirmed booking less than 48-hours before the scheduled start time, you will NOT receive a refund.
- If any unforeseen issues occur during the music session (i.e. connection issues, power outage etc.) please get in touch with us on (08) 9593 8305 to discuss further so we may look to reschedule or refund the session.
