What it is

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an evidence-based non-pharmacological intervention that aims to enhance cognitive functioning and social interaction in individuals with dementia. Through structured group activities targeting various cognitive domains, such as memory, attention, language, and problem-solving, we leverage neuroplasticity to improve cognitive abilities and enhance the overall quality of life for those experiencing memory loss. This can be delivered either in a group-based setting or part of individual therapy.
