What it is

Ashby Memory Method (AMM) Is an evidence-based, structured program of interactive cognitive exercises or activities designed for individuals who experience memory loss, including early to moderate Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and stroke. The program uses errorless learning, visual imagery, spaced retrieval with support from the OT. A brief life history is taken at the commencement of the program in order to individualise the resources to the person’s interests Memory Nurture is one of the few providers of the AMM program here in Australia.
