Alongside our clinical services, we offer therapies that reach people in different ways, through music, creative expression and connection with animals. These sit beside allied health rather than replacing it, and they often reach someone when words have become harder to find. Many of our team bring specialist skills in creative expression, and sessions are shaped entirely around the person’s own history and interests.
Therapeutic interaction with horses supports connection, confidence and emotional wellbeing. The sessions are tailored to individual goals in a calm, supportive setting.
Art offers a meaningful way to express thoughts and feelings, spark memories and encourage communication, with creative activities shaped around each person’s interests and abilities.
From listening and singing to rhythm and movement, our Music Nurture program uses the power of music to encourage connection, expression and wellbeing.
