Booking and Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide a high quality of service to those experiencing Dementia and their caregivers. In order to do so, Memory Nurture has in place an appointment and cancellation policy.
Making a Booking
Appointments can be made by the following ways –
Pending booking are unconfirmed requests that are waiting to be accepted. You are not charged for a pending booking request until it is accepted and confirmed by email by Memory Nurture. You may reschedule or cancel pending booking requests at any time without penalty.
Confirmed booking are requests that Memory Nurture has accepted and confirmed by email. The booking payment is charged when a booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling or Cancelling a Confirmed Booking
Confirmed bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by the following ways –
Fees and Refund
If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you to contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
By confirming an appointment with Meet a Musician Friendship Program, I accept the above Booking and Cancellation Policy.
